Last night Los Laga Bai had its traditional “Warm Up Party” for all its participants. This year it took place at Parke Arawa to the delight of Los Laga Bai organization and participants. This party gave participants the opportunity to get to know the new songs that Robert & Solo Band Show will be playing during this carnival. With less than a week to prepare songs for the party and the Lighting Parade Robert managed to practice and play some of the new songs of this year. He even delighted the crowd with his own twist (as he does best) of “King of the Road” combining it with “Los Laga Bai on the Road”. Because, truly there is only one king!

During the night. members of Los Laga Bai organizing committee presented a gift to Robert (and his band) in honour of his 15th participation with Los Laga Bai. After a speech from Robert, they went on to delight the crowd with more of that good music he is know to direct.

All proceeds of the bar and kitchen for that night were donated to Red Cross of Aruba.

Everybody left the party with high expectations for the Lighting Parade.
