This past weekend Aruba celebrated a fantastic Lighting Parade in the streets of Oranjestad. Los Laga Bai once again was the opening act for the Lighting Parade and that means the parade started on time and with a lot of ambiente. Although our costume of 2013 was very simple, our participants did not dissappoint in the effort they put into creating some amazing headpieces and costume decorations. We can’t wait to see what they will bring next week.

Robert Jeand’or & Solo Banda Show played some of the best new songs of this year and also some of the old ones. Next week they will come with more new songs to complete the repertoire for the grand final weekend.

We hope to see all the participants ready to hit the road hard this coming weekend during the big carnival weekend of Aruba’s 59th carnival. We would like to remind our participants that Los Laga Bai is group # 4 at the San Nicolas parade and Oranjestad parade. We can’t stress this enough but we request our participants to be there on time so you can get registered early so we can enjoy the parade also.
