Our theme for carnival 2016 is finally here and we know you are going to love it. After carnival 2015 we received many design proposals from various carnival enthusiasts, but after careful consideration Los Laga Bai’s organizing team chose the design of the team of Lori Pick and Juliska Henriquez.

The design centers around the Peacock feather (mainly the eye) which in some societies are symbols of all-seeing knowledge, kindness, watchfulness and renewal all traits befitting the legendary Los Laga Bai. The design exudes ease yet the choice of materials: Silk/Satin and embroidered organza and feathers in Royal Blue, Teal and Gold, will make the costume a standout and leave a lasting impression during Carnival 62, making sure that indeed “all eyes will be on us”! Hence the them chosen by Lori and Juliska: Wowo Riba Nos.

We like to remind all our participants that carnival 2016 will be a very short one and therefore we will starting registration a little bit earlier than usual. So please be pending of our website for when the registration dates are announced.
